Our prices are understood to include all taxes, on departure from the factory, in euros.
 

There is no minimum order.

Carriage charges are calculated automatically, according to the weight of your order and the destination of the package.

Regardless of the destination and sales formalities, delivery is deemed to have been made when the carrier takes possession of the goods, on departure from our workshop. The risks and liabilities relating to the goods sold are thus incurred under the said possession. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to conduct all the relevant checks and make any objections when the goods arrive, making any claims against the carrier within the regulatory period, and duly notifying us of the incident.

In application of Act No. 80-335 of 12 May 1980, it is specifically stipulated that the purchaser shall only become the owner of the goods when the full payment of all amounts due has been received.
 

Our invoices are payable in advance :
- By banker’s draft on order
- By cheque accompanied by your order form – to be printed -
 

You will be notified of our delivery period in an order confirmation message, in relation to the items ordered, and the manufacturing period, if the items are not in stock.
 

We reserve the right to amend the contents of the « shop » at any time. The photos are not contractually binding. Furthermore, as horn is a natural material, with natural colours, each item is different and of an exclusive nature.
 

- Horn is sensitive to excessive heat. Products must not be washed in a dishwasher.

- Products will deteriorate if exposed extensively to a heat source in a humid area.

- Items should be washed with cold or lukewarm water using washing-up liquid : they must be rinsed and dried immediately.
 

Only courts under the jurisdiction of the Regional Court of Toulouse are authorised to rule on any dispute or litigation, regardless of the cause, relating to the sale of the goods. The purchaser is deemed to be aware of the above conditions and all orders on the part of the purchaser entail the acceptance of these conditions.
